I'm Lela Grzybowska, working over 3+ years as a Product Designer based in London particularly in Fintech startups coming from a background with 10 years of extensive  sales and customer service experience.

My design philosophy revolves around crafting seamless digital user experiences through a blend of innovative design thinking, data-informed decisions, and a strong commitment to user empathy. This approach ensures that user needs are always at the forefront. I am passionate about the transformative power of cohesive teams in creating outstanding products. My Design Principles.

Test, test and more testing.
It is important to understand and empathize with users by testing products and by receiving qualitatitve and quantatitive data which can then implement design decisions and show what works and what doesn't!
Focus on the User.
Minimise users cognitive loads and decision making time by finding ways to improve the usability and solving users problems. We should not go by making assumptions but actually check what the user needs!
Collaboration.
Working in a team can help bring better insights and create better solutions for the user! I love working in a team where we can all collaborate and build the best product we can that can solve our users painpoints!
