About me
This project focused on simplifying the funding application process for SMEs, making it faster and more user-friendly to help drive more revenue. This involved completely revamping our internal systems to create a seamless, self-service experience from beginning to end.
This project was to incorporate a full design of a new social community feature that will allow users to connect in an engaging way through the Platform. The goal is that this will foster a sense of community, bring students together to learn and support each other.
This project was to focus on how to bring more users onto Citymappers platform during the height of the pandemic when usership went down by 90%.
